Daire, who built Bura Games into one of the most recognised names in the Roblox ecosystem, will be stepping into the role of Creative Director - and he couldn't be more excited to build something new together.
If you’ve spent time in the Roblox ecosystem, chances are you’ve already experienced Daire’s work. As the creator of Pet Heroes (86+ million visits), Anime Fighters Simulator (1.3+ billion visits), and many other hits, Daire is known for building worlds players don’t just visit; but remember! He also brings both creative conviction and deep platform experience to Twin Atlas at a pivotal moment in our growth.
If there’s one thing that defines his creative philosophy, it’s this: unforgettable worlds aren’t built for players. They’re built with them.
Personally, I’ve known Daire for several years when I used to work at Roblox, but haven’t seen or talked to each other since the pandemic. Now that we’re working together, it only made sense to sit down with the creator and catch up.
What Makes a Game World Unforgettable?
A game world is unforgettable because of the stories players create in it.
Sometimes that’s the prewritten narrative, but more often it’s what happened to them, the insane luck, the hard-earned power spike, the chaos with friends.The worlds that last are the ones that give players something worth retelling.
For Daire, memorability isn’t about spectacle alone. It’s about agency. It’s about giving players the space and systems to create their own stories.
At Twin Atlas, this mindset aligns perfectly with how we approach original IP: build systems rich enough for emergent storytelling, and players will do the rest.

What excites me most is the growth of original IP creation, and the opportunity to be part of that. I’ve always loved building game worlds, and Twin Atlas has an incredible concentration of passionate, talented people. Being in that kind of environment makes it easy to stay creatively energised. At the end of the day, I’m just excited to build something original and make great games together!
We’re entering a new chapter as a studio, one focused on building worlds that are ambitious, durable, and wholly our own.
Bura Games joins at a moment when our creative ambitions are expanding. From expanding evergreen titles to launching entirely new universes, his experience and instinct for player-driven design will help shape what comes next.

The community plays a huge role in shaping creative direction.
The hardest part of building a new game is those first few months before there’s a real group of players giving feedback and showing you what they’re actually enjoying. Once that community forms, you start to see what resonates and where the game naturally wants to grow. Having a clear pathway for communication with them is essential so you understand their concerns and what they’re excited to see next.It’s also a huge part of my motivation to create games — there’s no better feeling than seeing people enjoying something you’ve worked so hard on!
